The online courses are a great resource to improve healthcare in Africa for all Africans. This resource is currently given online for free. However, the leadership of The MiLHO Initiatives and Kindred Health Mission Incorporated will partner to organize in-person healthcare seminars and conferences to African communities that desire to have continuing healthcare education given in-person for a fee to reduce the cost of organizing such programs. The MiLHO Initiatives and Kindred Health Mission Incorporated (KHMI) are philanthropic organizations that partner to provide programs that improve health outcomes to underserved communities as well as need-based humanitarian services.
